My services

I explain complex technical topics in ways that non-technical audiences and decision-makers can understand, without losing the detail that developers care about.

My  approach combines:

  • Market research: I use AI tools and traditional research to evaluate competitor coverage, identify knowledge gaps, and develop a plan to create differentiated content.
  • Message development: I construct relatable narratives that appeal to different audiences—developers, decision-makers, and executives—without oversimplifying the underlying technology.
  • Sales enablement: I create content that can be reused as snippets across presentations, fact sheets, and talk tracks, helping sales teams explain products clearly and confidently.
  • Content strategy: I focus on educational content that promotes  product understanding and adoption, not just awareness.

Research and collaboration

My work is grounded in deep research.
I use AI to move faster. It helps me find high-quality sources, compare competitor coverage, and build well-researched content that is comprehensive and differentiated.

I learn a lot from the engineers I work with. During technical reviews, they might point out missing context—"we can't explain Y without mentioning X first"—or share resources that deepen my understanding. Those conversations help me understand how developers think about problems and what matters to them.  While I'm not embedded in daily stand-ups or sprint planning, that feedback offers great insight into developer priorities and impacts how I explain complex topics.
