My services

I explain complex technical topics in ways that non-technical audiences and decision-makers can understand, without losing the detail that developers care about.

My creative and disciplined approach combines:

  • Market Research: Using AI-enhanced methods to analyze competitors and identify positioning opportunities
  • Message Development: Creating differentiated narratives for developers, decision-makers, executives, and end users
  • Sales Enablement: Building content that can be sliced and diced into presentations, fact sheets, and talk tracks that help sales teams differentiate products and shorten sales cycles
  • Content Strategy: Developing educational content that drives product adoption

Research and collaboration

My work is grounded in deep research.
I combine traditional methods with AI-assisted exploration to move quickly without sacrificing depth or accuracy. I use AI tools to surface high-quality sources and analyze competitor content, ensuring I cover what others do while identifying gaps and opportunities to add unique value. By comparing insights across millions of data points, I craft content that’s current, comprehensive, and truly differentiated.

I learn a lot from the engineers I work with. During technical reviews, they'll point out connections I missed—"we can't explain Y without mentioning X first"—or share resources that deepen my understanding. These exchanges teach me how developers think about problems and what context matters to them.

While I'm not embedded in daily stand-ups or product planning with developers yet, these interactions give me valuable glimpses into developer priorities and thought processes. I'm excited to expand this collaboration one day—sitting in on sprint planning, joining architecture discussions, understanding the constraints they navigate—so we can work together to address user pain points from technical and market perspectives.
